Exclusions of Warranty

1.    Products exceed the warranty period without purchasing a warranty extension;
2.    Damage caused by human abuse, including but not limited to cover deformation, collision caused by impact, drop, and puncture;
3.    Dismantle the battery without Yanzcell's authorization;
4.    Failure to work or being torn down in a harsh environment with high temperature, humidity, dust, corrosives and explosives, etc;
5.    Damage caused by short circuit;
6.    Damage caused by an unqualified charger that is not compliant with the product manual;
7.    Damage caused by force majeure, such as fire, earthquake, flood, hurricane, etc;
8.    Damage caused by improper installation not compliant with the product manual;
9.    Product without Yanzcell trademark / serial number.

Claim Procedure

1. Customer contacts Yanzcell for after-sales service.    Customer can contact Yanzcell for help via:

2. Customer provides defect details, after-sales requirements and the clear picture of equipment name plates to Yanzcell.    Videos, other pictures or documents may be also needed.
3. Yanzcell team will study and evaluate the information and materials mentioned above to find out which side should be responsible for the defects.    Negotiation between Yanzcell and customers might happen to have a consensus.
4. After consensus is reached, Yanzcell team will arrange after-sales service.

After-sales Service

●If the product is under warranty and the defect proves to be caused by Yanzcell, Yanzcell team will send spare parts to customer and guiding video for repair, and do online or remote technical support.  All the labor cost, material cost and freight will be on Yanzcell.
●If the product is under warranty and the defect proves to be NOT caused by Yanzcell, Yanzcell team will send spare parts to customer and guiding video for repair, and do online or remote technical support.  All the labor cost, material cost and freight will be on customer.
●If the product is NOT under warranty, Yanzcell team will send spare parts to customer and guiding video for repair, and do online or remote technical support.  All the labor cost, material cost and freight will be on customer.

Warranty Period

For the battery, from the date of purchase, 1 year is provided for the Ternary lithium battery and 3 years for LFP battery warranty service.
For the accessories such as chargers, cables, etc., from the date of purchase, one year is provided for the warranty service.
Warranty period may vary by country and is subject to local laws and regulations.

Warranty Statement

Distributors are responsible for the service to customers, Free parts and technical support are provided by Yanzcell to our distributor
- Yanzcell provides warranty under the following conditions:
●The product is within the specified warranty period;
●The product is normally used, without man-made quality problems;
●No unauthorized disassembly, maintenance, etc;
●Product serial number, factory label and other marks are not torn or altered.
